‘for we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.’
1 Corinthians 3:9 (NIV)

We are called to first ‘be’ as disciples, as people of peace, faithful to God’s move & word, following in Jesus’ Way.

We will focus on ‘being’ as disciples of Jesus. To build our inner lives, our self-awareness, and to explore our personal spirituality.

&

We are also called to ‘go’, to work, explore and serve, breaking new ground for the Kingdom.

We will focus on ‘going’ as co-workers with God. Labouring in God’s field, developing our understanding of purpose, developing skills and creating opportunities for others.

Colab was created with a desire to bless people with the gifts and skills, Jack & Rebi believe God has given them. Their stories are rich with God’s grace and breakthrough, as well as failures and disappointment – all of which have enabled them to grow and figure out what it means to be ‘co-workers’ in God’s Kingdom.

Jack and Rebi met in 2016 whilst both working in Christian ministry, they married in 2020.

Rebi Hedger

Jack Hedger

Born in Derby, Rebi grew up with a knowledge of Jesus and had a faithfulness to God from an early age. During her gap year, Rebi completed an internship training in leadership and evangelism, before heading to York for university to study linguistics.

Rebi has always had involvement in leadership roles throughout her university, church & working life. Within all these contexts, Rebi is fuelled by a love for people and a desire for everyone to experience life in all it’s fullness. She has over 10 years experience working in charity and local church contexts.

Rebi enjoys finding little joys in the everyday – whether that’s growing  vegetables, coffees with friends, cooking yummy food or long walks with Jack.

Born in Tonbridge, Kent – Jack moved to Wolverhampton four years ago and now calls it home.
Jack first encountered God at age 8 and since then has been on a journey of figuring out what it means to be known by God.

In his working life, Jack has had roles in both local church and Christian organisations. Currently studying Theology, Ministry & Mission at St Mellitus College, Jack enjoys learning, growing and challenging ideas. Alongside this he runs his own graphic design business, which is a great outlet for his creativity.

For fun, Jack can be found reading philosophy, making things out of metal, eating yummy food and of course hanging out with his wife!
